Every time I run a task program, the chg2 file size becomes bigger and bigger.

Even if I used the same subject name, it occurred.

However, I loaded the cfg2 files before and after running, compared the variables and bytes of them, the bytes of variables are not different.

That is just how MAT files work. I don't think it is my problem to fix, but I did something to prevent them from keeping growing. Update your NIMH ML.
