Error in user defined conditions

Hi!
I wrote a user defined conditions file to stay in the same condition or switch to a different condition with some probability 'z'. But every time I try to implement the function Matlab shows an error like this:

Error using mltrialrecord/new_trial (line 184)
Condition #0 doesn't exist

I don't know how to resolve this, I am attaching the user defined conditions file for your reference. Thank you!

Learn how to debug MATLAB scripts and find out why the function returns 0.
