Hi there, we used the 2D spatial transformation to calibrate an eye-signal, & would now like to extract that transformation matrix in order to apply it (specifically, apply it to a copy of the raw, uncalibrated eye-data, which was collected on a different clock than ML). However, I cant seem to find it in the MLConfig file (attaching one of mine here). I see MLConfig.EyeTransform, but forby gianni - Questions and Answers
I should add that in the timing file, I am using the Photodiode adapter (it receives LooseHold), which is then passed to the adapter FrameMarker. thanksby gianni - Questions and Answers
Hi there, trying to use mlplayer to create some short videos of trials. I first load the userloop file (and the corresponding configuration file gets loaded) and then try to load the .mat behavioral file for a given run. I receive the following error -- Error using PhotoDiode (line 8) Photodiode trigger is not set on the main menu!!! Error in mlplayer/reconstruct_adapter (line 652)by gianni - Questions and Answers
a BenQ (xl2411t) which is 1920 x 1080. So while the photodiode latency test looks fine with a threshold of ~250, saving it & running the experiment then results in frozen frames towards the end of the video (assuming since I'm now not giving enough time for the graphics to load?)by gianni - Questions and Answers
thank you! We tried thresholds of 900-940 & while that still was delayed, the results from a threshold of 375 look better (I think?) see attached. Any idea why this would be so much lower than expected? I will check the photodiode flip times vs. eventmarkers now to be sure it works as expected.by gianni - Questions and Answers
not sure why the code didnt upload sorryby gianni - Questions and Answers
PS i should add, PD is currently in top left corner of screen (in attempt to minimize any difference)by gianni - Questions and Answers
Hi Jaewon, thanks for your quick reply, attaching the code here as well as PD tuner output of 1000 mulishot testby gianni - Questions and Answers
Hi there, I am presenting a fixation dot, followed by a movie stimulus of 10 s (300 frames), and measuring screen with a photodiode as well as sending eventmarkers for fixation ON, stimulus on, & every frame of the movie. I am running on a monitor w/ refresh rate of 60 hz. Typical "frame interval" and "drawing times" when running the task appear as 16.67 ms (expectby gianni - Questions and Answers
Hi there, I am interested in adding a hotkey which when pressed, will quickly flash the fixation point to a slightly larger size, and then back to it's starting size -- similar to the "sparkle/S" hotkey in Presentation. I am using a userloop functionality to present a fixation dot, followed by a small movie. It is helpful to the grab the subject's attention during tasks whicby gianni - Questions and Answers
Hi Jaewon, I would also be interested in a "tips" post on skipped frames when presenting movies in ML. There are a number of related help-posts in the forum (all helpful, so thanks for that) but having the info all in one place and systematically organized in terms of problems/possible solutions would be super useful. I can also provide info on our setup (in which we are currently worby gianni - Questions and Answers
