Hi,

Are all the 'n' bits assigned as behavioral codes updated in parallel when an event marker is sent from ML? Especially if these bits are split across multiple ports on the DAQ card?

Is anyone also aware if bits are updated in parallel in MATLAB DAQ toolbox 'outputSingleScan' function?

It doesn't make sense if they are not updated in parallel, so this sounds like a trust issue. You can test this yourself easily with an oscilloscope.

I don't know how MATLAB DAQ Toolbox works. You should talk to people in Mathworks.
