starts slowly and gets stuck

hello,
The program starts slowly and gets stuck.It was fine until yesterday.i tried three versions of the program(two of them are 2017 edition,the rest is for the 2018 edition), I reinstalled the matlab(2016b),it‘s still starts very slow.Who can tell me what's wrong?

No one but you knows what you did to your computer. You should explain better than that.

I just started the program as usual...The matlab program was very fluid,but the monkeylogic was very slow(It took about five minutes to pop-up the window)，The worst thing is that it can't give rewards although all settings are fine.There may be a hardware problem.I want to know if anyone has encountered the same situation
