Trouble downloading installer

I'm trying to download Monkey Logic 2 on a new machine for testing purposes from [monkeylogic.nimh.nih.gov]. Every time I click on NIMH_MonkeyLogic_2.mlappinstall, it opens an html page of code rather than downloading anything. It goes here: [monkeylogic.nimh.nih.gov]. I did not install Monkey Logic 2 on the other machine (someone else did), so is this a bug on the website, or am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks!

It is your web browser. It just does not know what to do with the file of that extension. When it opens an HTML page of code, just save the page as NIMH_MonkeyLogic_2.mlappinstall
