Running in parallel

We're trying to find a way to train two (or more) monkeys simultaneously from the same computer on separate variations of a task...is this possible using MonkeyLogic?

We've considered running multiple Matlab windows in parallel, but it seems that nothing else can be operated on the computer once a Control Screen in MonkeyLogic is opened.

It is an ambitious idea but will never work. With one computer, you cannot even write two word documents in parallel. Some hardware resources just cannot be shared between applications, especially when you run software that processes input/output with high precision and high accuracy, like NIMH ML.
