TTL vs. General Input
November 30, 2020 03:20PM
Hi,
If I want to store times of digital inputs, is it recommended to use TTL or General Input?
I will not need to access it during the task.
It is ~40-60hz signal that will not be synchornized with the ML2 frames.
Thanks!

TTL is for output. You can use either Button or General Input.

Button is for digital input and sampled based on a software clock. General Input is for analog input and uses a hardware clock in the NI board.

They are both sampled at 1 kHz. If 1 kHz is not fast enough, you can try High Frequency.
