How to get total trial numbers in code?

Dear all,
I want to change parameters of some trials in a session, but I don't know how to get the total trial numbers which I input in the main menu. Is there a direct method to get it? Thanks!

I don't see the relevance of "Total # of trials to run" to what you want to do. Please explain what you are trying to do.
