Troubleshooting Analog Input and External Push Button in MonkeyLogic

I am using a force transducer during my behavioral task to record the amount of force applied by the subject. The analog output of the force transducer is in voltage and analog format. However, I am unsure which analog input to use in MonkeyLogic. I tried using the general input, but it did not work.

Additionally, how can I integrate an external push button into MonkeyLogic? The subject will press the left and right buttons based on left and right stimuli. Please note that I am not referring to keyboard buttons

"I tried using the general input, but it did not work." -> Please explain more details.

"how can I integrate an external push button into MonkeyLogic?" -> Connect them to the NI board and assign to [Button #] on the I/O menu.

Thank you, it’s working perfectly.

I have another question regarding sending analog data (let's say the output of a force transducer) via NIDAQ in MonkeyLogic.

Could you recommend the most suitable signal type option for this?

Split the cable into two lines. Then feed one line to NIMH ML and the other to wherever you want.

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
